Representative Power - XXI century #5 - 2007 The main theme of this year’s fifth issue (September, October 2007) is centered around the article by E. Dubrovina of the Russian Central Election Commission on the formation of candidates’ lists by political parties during the upcoming parliamentary election. The article is complimented by I.
